1.2 No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service (such as a property listing or agent consultation) is fully rendered, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided. We recommend that you review all service details and terms before making a purchase.

1.3 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If there are technical issues on our end that prevent you from using the purchased service, a refund may be provided after a thorough investigation.
  • Double Payment: If you accidentally make a double payment for the same service, a refund will be processed for the extra payment.

2. Membership Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription Cancellations

  • Free Memberships: Free memberships can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Since no payment is required, refunds are not applicable to free memberships.
  • Paid Memberships: You may cancel your paid membership at any time. If canceled within the first 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided you have not utilized the service. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

2.2 Subscription Period and Payments

Paid memberships are one-time purchases for a fixed period (monthly or annual). Baiyabasa does not automatically charge your payment method when a subscription expires. To extend access after expiry, you must purchase a new subscription manually. When your plan quota is fully utilized, you will receive an in-app notification and an email informing you.

2.3 Partial Refunds

No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription term.

3. Property Listings and Advertisements

3.1 Listing Cancellations

Once a property listing is published, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure that all listing details are correct before submitting them.

3.2 Advertisement Campaigns

Advertisement campaigns booked on Baiyabasa.com cannot be canceled or refunded once they are live. If you need to make changes to your campaign, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Payment Disputes

4.1 Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, Baiyabasa.com reserves the right to suspend your account and investigate the matter. If the chargeback is found to be unwarranted, your account may be permanently terminated, and legal action may be taken.

4.2 Dispute Resolution
